History
The Mankato Ballet Company began in 1983 with a group of interested students and their families. The concept of ballet instruction in Mankato grew and the group incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1987. It is now recognized as one of the leading schools of ballet instruction in Minnesota.

Mankato Ballet Company's mission is to nurture, encourage and challenge students to achieve their potential for artistry and self-confidence through the classical dance experience.

Goals
