Our head baker, Cheri Brown, established Diamond Dust Bakery & Coffee Shop Inc. in 2016, serving gourmet cupcakes and baked goods, coffee, and lunch!

After opening her cupcake line, Chering Sweets, Cheri wanted to open her own bakery. She was inspired by her great-grandfather, James Schultz, who owned the Diamond Bluff Tavern in Saint Peter from 1936 to 1946. The name of her bakery came from her family's local tavern. We are local and family owned with years of experience.
